СТДМ series synchronous turbocharged motors with a capacity of 630...2,000 kW powered by three-phase 50 Hz AC mains are designed to drive pumps, compressors, gas superchargers, blowers and other high-speed mechanisms used in non-explosive indoor environments with moderate climate. If agreed with the Customer, СТДМ series turbocharged motors can be manufactured using the mounting and connection dimensions of the previously manufactured turbo motors such as СТМ, СТМС, СТМП. If agreed with the Customer, СТДМ motors with a capacity of 630... 2,000 kW can be fitted with a circulation or oil-bath (stand-alone) bearing lubrication system.
If agreed with the Customer, the motors can be fitted with sound-proof casings reducing the noise level as well as with cooling air filtration system.

СТДП series synchronous turbocharged motors with a capacity of 1,250...12,500 kW powered by three-phase 50 Hz AC mains are designed to drive pumps, compressors, gas superchargers, blowers and other high-speed mechanisms used in explosion-hazard indoor environments of all types (except for explosion-hazard areas of В-IГ class installations). If agreed with the Customer, СТДП series turbocharged motors can be manufactured using the mounting and connection dimensions of the previously manufactured turbo motors such as СТМ, СТМС, СТМП.

Explosion-proof synchronous variable speed motor РВСД series, 14,000 kW
РВСД-14000-2Р УХЛ4 motor with opened-circuit ventilation used as part of a variable speed drive powered by a thyristor frequency converter is designed to drive centrifugal mechanisms used in the explosion-hazard areas of 1 and 2 class as per GOST IEC 60079-10-1-2013. Powered by three-phase 50 or 60 Hz AC mains.
This type of motors can be used at pumping stations of the main oil pipelines as well as at compressor stations of the main gas pipelines (as an alternative to gas turbine motors with lower performance).
The distinctive feature of РВСД-14000-2Р УХЛ4 motor is the ability to adjust the rotation speed within the range from 50 to 105 percent from the nominal speed (from 1,500 to 3,150 rpm) in order to maintain the required pressure in the pipeline.

Asynchronous explosion-proof ВАО series motors
Asynchronous explosion-proof ВАО series motors powered by three-phase 50 or 60 Hz AC mains are designed to drive compressors, pumps, fans, blowers and other mechanisms in a continuous operation mode S1. These motors are used to transport hydrocarbons and other gases and liquids in mines with gas and dust hazard as well as in explosion hazard areas indoors classified as having category 1, 2, 3 and group T1, T2, T3, T4 (as per Electrical Code classification).
The motors have one cylindrical shaft end as per GOST 12080-66 and are delivered in set with splines that comply to GOST 23360-78. The connection with the drive mechanism is realized by means of gear or flexible pin couplings. The shaft end can be made with no spline.
Two versions of motors are available: with right-hand and left-hand rotation. The terminal boxes are located on the right or left side, respectively.
The motors can be started directly from power mains (direct start) or using soft starters and frequency inverters. The use of soft starters and frequency inverters must be coordinated with Manufacturer.
Optionally the motor can be fitted with bearing temperature sensors and stator winding temperature sensors, which can be connected to automatic control systems. Vibration sensors can also be installed in order to monitor the vibrations.

ДАРБ-1200-6 УХЛ2 asynchronous squirrel-cage explosion-proof motor with explosion-proof marking 2Ex e II T3 as per GOST 30852.0-2002, GOST 30852.8-2002 is designed for variable-frequency drives of the main drilling rig mechanisms ( drill winch, drill pumps and rotor).
