Supply of hydro generators for Krasnogorsk small hydroelectric power plants

In December 2021, Privod LLC completed the shipment of four SV 375/125-28 UHL4 hydrogenerators for Krasnogorskaya MGES-1 and Krasnogorskaya MGES-2 to the address of Stavropol and KCR MGES LLC.

Krasnogorsk small hydroelectric power plants are a hydroelectric complex under construction, which consists of two hydroelectric power plants: MGES-1 and MGES-2, using common retaining and spillway structures. Small hydroelectric power plants are located on the Kuban River on the territory of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic. The capacity of each small HPP will be 24.9 MW. Krasnogorsk small hydroelectric power plants have passed a competitive selection of investment projects for the construction of generating facilities operating on the basis of renewable energy sources with the conclusion of contracts for the provision of capacity.

Synchronous hydro generators developed and manufactured by Privod LLC have the following technical characteristics: power - 12.45 MW, voltage - 10.5 kV, rated speed - 214 rpm. Generators are equipped with static excitation systems.

Hydro generators have passed the certification procedure. The declaration of the Eurasian Economic Union on compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 020/2011 has been issued. The conclusion of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia on the confirmation of the production of SV 375/125-28 UHL4 hydro generators in the territory of the Russian Federation was also received.

In accordance with the concluded contract, the manufacturer in 2022 will carry out supervision of installation, and will carry out commissioning of hydrogenerator equipment.
