Results of the plant's service department in 2020

In 2020, the service department of LLC "Elektrotyazhmash-Privod" performed a significant amount of installation supervision, commissioning and repair work.

Every year, our company produces more than 300 units of engines and generators. For the installation of a significant part of the equipment, installation supervision by the manufacturer is required. The plant's specialists were engaged to control the installation of more than 50 electric machines with a capacity of 1.25 MW to 75 MW at 33 sites. The result of the work in 2020 was the successful launch of 24 electric machines with the brand "Drive" at 15 sites. Work continues on the remaining facilities.

The largest machines are the SV 845/135-40 hydrogenerator and the TDS-31500-2UHL4 turbo motor.

Installation of the SV 845/135-40 UHL4 hydrogenerator with a capacity of 73 MW was carried out from January to August 2020, and in early September the new hydroelectric unit was put into operation. This is the sixth unit installed as part of the modernization of the Ust-Khantayskaya HPP, carried out by JSC "Norilsk-Taimyr Energy Company". In 2021, after the completion of the installation of the seventh hydro generator, which was shipped to the Customer in August 2020, the modernization of the hydroelectric power plant will be completed.

In December 2020, the TDS-31500-2UHL4 synchronous turbo engine with a capacity of 31.5 MW was successfully commissioned. The engine is designed to drive the compressor of the new installation of the electric air blower station No. 4. Today it is the most powerful electric motor in Russia.

In 2021, specialists will continue to work on commissioning electric machines at electric power and industrial facilities.
