The hydrogenerator for Ezminskaya HPP is made

Ahead of schedule, the production of the SV 320/110-12 UHL4 hydrogenerator for the Ezminskaya HPP - a hydroelectric power station on the Terek River in North Ossetia, which is part of the HPP of the North Ossetian branch of PJSC RusHydro, has been completed.

To modernize the hydraulic units of the Ezminskaya HPP, a vertical synchronous hydrogenerator with a capacity of 20 MW, a voltage of 10.5 kV, with a speed of 500 rpm of suspended design (1M8425) with two guide bearings was developed and manufactured.

The hydrogenerator is designed to work with a radial axial hydro turbine and is supplied complete with a brushless excitation system.
