Commissioning of GTG-4 generators at the GTPP of the oil and gas gathering point Chashkino in Solikamsk district

The commissioning of four synchronous turbo generators ГТГ-4 (with a capacity of 4 MW) produced by Elektrotyazhmash-Privod LLC at the 16 MW gas turbine power plant (GTPP) under construction as part of the project to create its own power generation "Energy of Parma". The customer is LUKOIL-Perm LLC. The GTPP is being built in the area of the Chashkino oil and gas gathering point. The construction is planned to be completed in 2020.

Turbogenerators ГТГ-4 series are a component product and are designed for long-term operation with a drive from gas turbines.

Turbogenerators are designed to generate electrical energy when casting the rotation of the gas turbine installations in conditions of temperate and cold climate. The form of execution of generators on a Foundation plate with a horizontal axis of rotation on two sliding bearings. The generators have an open-circuit air self-ventilation system ICE 31 according to GOST R IEC 60034-6 with fans mounted on the rotor shaft. The generator set includes a recirculation unit (mixing) of air, which is located inside the container-above the generator stator, as well as a brushless excitation system, including an excitation control station (SU) and a three-phase AC exciter.

Generators ГТГ-4 meet the requirements of the technical regulations of the technical Union (TR CU), have a Declaration of conformity.
