Turbogenerator with Capacity of 25 MW for Mogilevskaya TPP-2

In December of 2019 turbogenerator of ТТК-25-2У3-П with air cooling with capacity of 25 MW and voltage of 10.5 kV was delivered to the Customer. The turbogenerator will be used to modernize the power unit for turbine T-50/60-130 at station No. 3 of Mogilevskaya TPP -2 (Mogilev of the Republic of Belarus).

The turbogenerator is intended to generate electric energy when connecting with steam turbine and direct switching in the electrical distribution system or unit with transformer.

Turbogenerator TTK-25 being the successor of the structure features and advantages of the implemented projects of TTK series still has differences in the structure of housing, stator, air coolers directed for optimization of the procedure for manufacturing and assembly of units. Moreover, the accumulated experience in operation of similar machines is considered, for installation and maintenance ease the system of turbogenerator attaching to the foundation at the station is revised, the pedestal bearing is used, exciter ventilation system is modernized.

The brushless exciter, cabinet of automatic excitation control system, set of installation parts and appliances, SPTA set are delivered complete with turbogenerator.
