New Motors in Privod Product Range

In December of 2019 the plant manufactured and shipped synchronous mill motors of СДМ series with capacity of 1,000kW (166.7 rpm, weight 16,400 kg) and capacity of 1250 kW (187.5 rpm, weight 19,000 kg).

Customer - Sokolov-Sarybai Mining Production Association JSC – the largest Kazakh company on along procurement and iron-ore production and concentration located in Rudny, Kostanay Region. Motors will operate as part of ore-pulverizing ball mill ensuring ore crushing during concentration. Motor operating conditions are heavy duty with frequent slow starts under conditions of increased dust content and vibration.

The designed motors meet all up-to-date requirements that ensure reliable accident-free operation within the whole service life.
